How it works
A conversation with you, then short conversations with the people who actually do the work, because the owner's picture of where the time goes and the reality are usually two different documents. Then I go away and write it up.
For a small company this is days, not weeks.
What it costs
It depends on the size of your company and how much there is to look at, so we agree the number on the first call. It is a fixed price, not an hourly rate.
You can also take the document and do none of it. It is yours either way.
