I am Baro. I run RE-NE-RE Zagreb d.o.o. out of Zagreb, and I help companies hand off work they never chose to do.
I came at this sideways.
Before this
My background is in competitive gaming operations, running leagues and tournaments as Head of League Operations at Esport Adria, which is mostly systems design wearing a different hat.
Formats, rankings, edge cases, and what happens when 200 people hit the same rule at once.
And alongside it
I also do payment partnerships work in fintech, which is where I learned what a real company's internal processes look like from the inside, and how much time disappears into work nobody chose.
What changed
What changed for me was Claude Code. I had an idea for a football prediction app and no ability to write the software for it. Two years ago that would have been the end of the story. Instead I built it, took it through a five issue Apple review, and put it on both stores.
That experience is the whole business. Not because AI writes perfect code, it does not, but because the bottleneck moved.
The hard part is no longer typing the implementation. The hard part is knowing what to build, deciding where the edges are, and being stubborn about finishing.
