Custom builds
There is a spreadsheet everyone depends on and everyone is afraid to touch.
What this looks like in practice
- An internal tool that replaces the spreadsheet, with the rules built in so people stop breaking it by accident.
- A web app your customers or your staff actually log into.
- A mobile app, built and shipped to both stores.
- Something that sits between two systems nothing else connects.
How it is built
I am not a developer in the traditional sense. AI tooling writes the implementation. I make the product decisions, the architecture decisions, and the calls about what matters and what does not.
That sounds like a disclaimer. It is the opposite.
What it costs
Agreed on the first call, and this is the one where scope moves the number most. A small internal tool and a customer facing app are different orders of magnitude.
You get a fixed price for a fixed scope before anything starts, and the code is yours.
